How to withdraw from Pochi la Biashara

To access Pochi la Biashara funds, a business owner can either withdraw from an agent or move funds from business to personal accounts, as outlined below:

How to Withdraw Funds from an M-Pesa Agent

• You will dial the USSD *334#.
• Select Pochi la Biashara.
• Select Withdraw Funds from Agent
• Enter an agent number.
• Key in the amount you wish to withdraw and complete the withdrawal transaction using your secret M-Pesa PIN.

Note: Normal withdrawal charges from the agent apply.

How to Withdraw Funds from Pochi la Biashara to Your Personal Account

The business owners can move funds from their business account to their M-PESA. This is how to do it:

• Dial the USSD *334#.
• Select Pochi la Biashara.
• Select Withdraw funds.
• Select from Pochi la Biashara to My M-PESA
• Enter the amount and complete the transaction using your M-Pesa PIN.
• You will receive a message that money has been moved to the M-Pesa account.

Note that this transaction does not incur any charges.

Here are some important things to note:

1. For your privacy and to protect your information, the final M-Pesa message after completing a transaction will not have the customer’s or business owner’s phone number.
2. Send money transaction charges apply when a customer is making payments; however, the business owner receiving the payment does not incur any charges.
3. Funds received in the business account will not be deducted by Fuliza.
4. The daily transactional limit of Ksh. 300,000 for both the personal and business accounts.
